Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain how you may use GoTango. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the service.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating a GoTango account, accessing gotango.co, or using GoTango, the GoTango Score, Tia, collaboration features, or related services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Who operates GoTango

GoTango is operated by GoTango, LLC. GoTango, LLC is the contracting and service entity for the Service. Its registered office is:

3. General informational and entertainment purposes only

You must not rely on GoTango, the GoTango Score, arrival information, rankings, Tia, news, or editorial content as the sole or primary basis for travel, safety, aviation, emergency, legal, medical, immigration, financial, insurance, or other consequential decisions. Always confirm important information with appropriate professionals and authoritative sources before you act.

4. What GoTango is not

GoTango is a travel-intelligence and editorial product. It is not, and does not hold itself out as:

• a travel agency;
• an airline;
• an aircraft operator;
• a charter broker;
• an aviation navigation, dispatch, or ATC service;
• an airport-operational service;
• a government travel advisory service;
• an attorney or legal practice;
• a medical provider;
• a financial adviser;
• an insurance adviser; or
• an emergency service.

If you need those services, you must obtain them from a qualified provider.

5. GoTango Score

The GoTango Score is proprietary analytical intelligence. It is a modelled, interpretive read of destination activity and related signals. It does not guarantee future travel demand, crowd levels, pricing, safety, availability, weather, access, events, transportation conditions, or other future outcomes.

Scores can change, can be incomplete, and can be wrong. A high or low Score is not a recommendation to travel, to avoid travel, or to make any booking, charter, or financial decision.

6. Aviation information

Aviation-related information on GoTango may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, anonymised, unavailable, or inaccurate. It is provided only as general context for travel intelligence and entertainment.

You must never use GoTango for aviation navigation, dispatch, aircraft separation, collision avoidance, air traffic control, airport operational control, safety-of-life activities, or emergency decision-making. Do not treat displayed aircraft, arrival, or movement information as operational, real-time, or complete.

You may not use GoTango to identify, stalk, track, surveil, harass, or profile individuals.

7. Ordinary travel risks

Travel involves ordinary and extraordinary risks, including weather, delays, cancellations, local conditions, health issues, crime, political events, and changes in law. You assume those risks. GoTango does not arrange, operate, or insure your travel.

8. Tia

Tia is artificial intelligence. Tia can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or fabricated, or can invent information that sounds plausible (sometimes called hallucination).

You must independently verify any consequential information Tia provides before you rely on it. That includes itineraries, visas, entry rules, health requirements, safety conditions, aviation facts, prices, opening hours, events, and local laws.

9. News, events, and editorial information

News, event, and editorial information on GoTango may change quickly and may be incomplete. Confirm details with authoritative sources, official agencies, venues, carriers, and local authorities before you travel or make plans.

10. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the information you provide when you create an account, for keeping your devices and access codes secure, and for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We may use phone verification and similar checks to help protect accounts. Those checks do not make GoTango responsible for unauthorised access that results from your sharing of codes, devices, or login details.

11. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create a GoTango account or use account features. If you are not, you may not create an account.

12. GoTango Tail Numbers

GoTango Tail Numbers are revocable account identifiers. They are owned and controlled by GoTango. They are not your property, are not a domain name or trademark licence, and may be changed, reclaimed, cooled, or retired in line with GoTango’s account and Tail Number rules.

You may not sell, sublicense, or transfer a Tail Number except as GoTango expressly allows.

13. Collaboration, chat, and privacy

Collaboration and chat let you share Tia conversations and related content with people you invite. Content you send may be seen or copied by collaborators. Do not share anything you are not willing or authorised to share. Recipients may see content you send, including trip details and messages.

GoTango is not a confidential legal, medical, or professional communications channel. Treat collaboration as shared, not private to you alone.

14. Lawful use of collaboration, chat, and messaging

You must use collaboration, chat, and messaging only for lawful purposes. You must not use GoTango to harass, stalk, threaten, defraud, scam, phish, impersonate, conduct illegal surveillance, exploit others, engage in unlawful discrimination, facilitate terrorism, commit or plan criminal activity, distribute malware, post illegal content, infringe intellectual property, spam, evade sanctions, or disclose another person’s private information without authorisation.

15. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for content you submit, upload, or message through the Service, including names, plans, comments, and collaboration messages. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share that content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

16. Suspension and removal

GoTango may suspend accounts, restrict features, or remove content, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, a legal requirement, a safety risk, or misuse of the Service. We may also do so to protect GoTango, our users, or third parties.

17. Reporting unlawful or abusive content

If you believe content or conduct on GoTango is unlawful, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms, report it to info@suerkenlaw.com with enough detail for us to locate the material (for example, the conversation, Tail Number, or approximate time).

18. Limited licence of your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant GoTango a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Service, including collaboration features you choose to use.

This licence is not a right for GoTango to sell your personal messages as a standalone product.

19. Acceptable use, scraping, and competing products

You may not, without GoTango’s prior written authorisation:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically copy the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly allows and cannot be waived;
• extract or rebuild our databases;
• abuse credentials or APIs, or make unauthorised bulk copies or redistributions of GoTango content; or
• use GoTango content or data to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI or data products.

You also may not probe, overload, or interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, or misrepresent your identity.

20. GoTango intellectual property

GoTango, the GoTango Score, Tia, our site design, text, graphics, software, models, and other materials are owned by GoTango or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited personal right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of any GoTango intellectual property.

21. Third-party data and services

The Service may include or depend on third-party data, maps, aviation feeds, news, payments, messaging, or other services. Those providers have their own terms. GoTango does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or policies.

You may not resell or redistribute underlying third-party data obtained through GoTango.

22. Complimentary Tia access

GoTango may offer complimentary Tia access subject to usage limits, time limits, total Tia-answer limits, daily limits, eligibility rules, and other restrictions disclosed in the Service. Complimentary access is not a paid subscription, is not guaranteed, and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn.

Limits (for example, a set number of answers over a set number of days) are described in the product at the time of use. Exceeding those limits, or the end of a complimentary period, may require a GoTango Pro subscription to continue using Tia.

23. GoTango Pro, billing, cancellation, refunds, and taxes

GoTango Pro is a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you authorise recurring billing at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the current billing period except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

How to cancel will be described in your account billing portal or other instructions we provide at purchase. You remain responsible for applicable taxes. Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on your location and the checkout provider.

Refunds, if any, are subject to mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows, paid fees are non-refundable except as we expressly state at checkout or in a billing communication.

24. Supported and unsupported territories

GoTango may limit where the Service, accounts, or paid features are available. Availability can change.

We may add, remove, or reclassify territories. If a territory becomes unsupported, we may restrict or close accounts or paid access as needed to comply with these Terms and applicable law.

25. U.S. sanctions and export controls

You must comply with applicable United States sanctions and export-control laws. You may not use GoTango if you are located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or if you are a person with whom U.S. persons may not deal, including persons on relevant restricted-party lists, except as authorised by law.

You may not use the Service to export, re-export, or provide technology or services in violation of those laws.

26. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep GoTango available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, destinations, data sources, limits, and design may change. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, or discontinue parts of the Service.

27. Suspension and termination

You may stop using GoTango at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, including Tail Numbers and complimentary or paid features, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if we discontinue the Service, or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property) continue after termination.

28. Warranty disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” GoTango disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service, GoTango Score, Tia, aviation information, news, or third-party data will be accurate, complete, current, secure, or suitable for any particular decision.

29. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTango and its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to travel costs, missed flights, charter or repositioning costs, reservations, events, visa issues, weather, local laws, safety or security, AI responses, GoTango Scores, and third-party information.

To the maximum extent legally permitted, GoTango’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to GoTango for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be limited.

30. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoTango and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by GoTango’s own wilful misconduct.

31. Copyright and IP complaints

If you believe material on GoTango infringes your copyright or other intellectual property, send a notice to info@suerkenlaw.com including:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the work you say is infringed;
• the location of the material on GoTango;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury if required by applicable law, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act.

We may remove or disable access to material and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it.

32. Privacy Policy

GoTango’s collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and is subject to applicable privacy law.

33. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as an in-product message or email where we have a contact address.

If you continue to use the Service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different method of consent.

34. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, including non-excludable guarantees where they apply. If those laws apply, our liability for a failure to comply is limited, where the law allows, to resupply of the services or payment of the cost of resupply.

35. Severability, waiver, assignment, and complete agreement

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganisation, sale, or operation of the Service.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present for a specific feature, are the complete agreement between you and GoTango about the Service. They replace prior understandings on the same subject.

These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls except where local law requires otherwise.
